For nearly 100 years, Anderson Lumber Company has been committed to providing the highest quality products and services and giving back to the community by helping to support our local economy. Anderson Lumber has been your local lumber and building materials dealer since 1925, but we also offer much, much more. Anderson Lumber Company has been a Pittsburgh Paint dealer for well over 40 years. ALC has also offered the quality Andersen Window line for over 50 years.
We are a Do-It-Best member, which is the second largest member owned co-op in the industry with 3,800 members in 53 countries. ALC has grown to offer its own door shop for interior and exterior doors, like Therma-Tru, with custom capabilities. We offer high quality cabinets and flooring to fit any budget plus plumbing, electric, and hardware. Anderson has everything you need for the professional contractor, homeowner, remodeler and Do-It-Best yourselfer.

Anderson Lumber Company loves and lives in the local community, which is a big part of why being involved is so important to us. We are heavily involved with many local organizations to help people and better our community.
From woodworking and cabinetry to paint and flooring, our team of experts has the knowledge and skills to help you with your next project.
Willie runs our "Custom Wood Shop." The wood shop provides assistance for our door and window installation departments as well as custom orders from the public. Willie has been woodworking as a finish carpenter most of his life. Willie is an avid hunter and fisherman and general outdoorsman. Need any custom wood working done or furniture made or repaired? Willie is your guy. Willie has lived in Blount County all of his life.
These two gentlemen run our "in house" door shop. Anderson Lumber will assemble over 120 interior and 12 exterior doors per week that Jordan and Brian are responsible for. Brian moved to our area in 2011 and Jordan was a baseball player for Maryville High School where he met Landon Coleman and the rest is history.
These guys are in charge of the "full service paint department." Mike and Kevin combined, offer over 50 years experience in the paint business. From matching colors to offering advice on types of paints and stains, these guys know their stuff. Mike and Kevin work with professional painters in the area as well as your DIY home owners.
Marvin has been working at AL for 30 years. Marvin's job is keeping the showroom stocked with thousands of items every week. Ever need to locate an item in the showroom or have a key cut? Marvin is your man!! Marvin has lived in Blount County all of his life and is an avid High School sports and UT sports fan.
Ladonna is a former William Blount graduate and has lived in Blount County most of her life. Ladonna has been designing kitchens and baths for 20 years. Ladonna spent most of her career with Lowes as a designer and has been with Anderson Lumber for the past 3 years. Ladonna has the skills and ability to design kitchen cabinets from your custom built homes to your everyday remodel. Ladonna enjoys hiking, gardening and anything outdoors during her off time.
Zelma has been greeting customers at our front desk for over 40 years. She has worked for 3 generations of Coleman's during her tenure. Zelma will meet the customers with her usual smile and welcome and check you out when you get ready to leave. A native of Blount County, Zelma is what Anderson Lumber strives to be. Local people offering local service.
Tim has been working the contractor's desk at Anderson's for the past 17 years. Tim works with the salesmen and directly with the contractors on ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, and overall assistance on getting all the materials needed for the job. Tim is also happy to help our DIY customers with planning your next project with a materials list and offering suggestions or advice when asked. Tim spends most of his off time relaxing and entertaining his grandchildren.
Joe has been with Anderson Lumber for 16 years. Joe has done and will do about any job there is at the company. Joe helps Steve with the ordering of the lumber, oversees the warehouses that stock the lumber, and truly does a bit of everything. Joe graduated from Heritage High School and is an avid UT fan. Joe goes to almost every game home and away.
Steve Coleman started working at Anderson Lumber for his dad "Bud Coleman" in the 60's when the store was at the old location. In 1975 Steve was instrumental in making the move of the store to its current location on Louisville Rd. Steve is still ordering the lumber for the store with over 50 years of experience. Landon joined his dad at AL after graduating from Maryville College in 1999. Landon brought an accounting background with him and helps oversee with Steve, the day to day operation of the store. Steve and his wife Brenda are, and have been community pillars in the Blount County area for years. They are active in their church and enjoy spending time with their 2 grandchildren Max and Eliza. Landon enjoys golfing when he can and also donates his off time to helping coach the Maryville High baseball team. Landon and his wife Kristin have two children and are both very active in the community.
Dana is our Flooring Specialist in our Brand New Flooring Department. Dana has over 24 years of experience in flooring and is excited to grow this new division with Anderson Lumber. He is certified in Carpet, Vinyl, Hardwood and DITRA. He is an installation expert and is training our Anderson Lumber crews to ensure you have the best experience possible. Dana has lived in East Tennessee for 25 years and enjoys his free time with his wife, Nicole, and two daughters, Chloe and Ashley watching UT Football and Basketball. Go Vols!!!
Love this place! I get so sick of the "big box stores" around town, and you just don't get the level of service there that you do at Anderson Lumber Co. And these folks know their stuff. Special shootout to Ladonna for always being so awesome every time I've interacted with her. You have a good one with Ladonna!
Awesome place and they do a ton of things you wouldn't even imagine. They have a whole retail space where they sell everything from grills to paint (they also paint match), but also can do windows, doors, customer wooden furniture - just about anything you could need you can find at Anderson.
Best local Lumber yard and home store around. Brings back the home town service with intelligence of today's building needs. They offer window and door installations, cabinetry services, delivery, and so much more.

Your lead guy, Ethan Alan, was the key to our purchase. He is super competent and once he showed us the E-series door in your showroom, we were sold. During his visit to our house, Ethan gave us the confidence of your installation team.
As promised, Ethan came with Tim and Adam on day one. Tim and Adam completed the project in another day and a half.
Tim and Adam are first class! The three guys did an A+ job. I was particularly concerned about weather, etc. The guys were just great.
We are bragging on Anderson as a source for future window and door needs.
